By downloading, installing, or using SleepWell ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. SleepWell is published by Barnhardt Enterprises, Inc.
SleepWell is a sleep sound mixer app that allows you to:
All sound content in SleepWell is original and programmatically generated. No third-party copyrighted recordings are used.
SleepWell is free to download and includes 10 sounds, up to 3 simultaneous layers, and 3 saved presets.
Premium unlocks all 25+ sounds, up to 8 layers, unlimited presets, custom timers, and all widget styles. Available as:

Lifetime
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
You agree to use SleepWell only for its intended purpose — personal sleep and relaxation. You may not:

As-Is Basis: The App is provided "as is" and "as available"without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Barnhardt Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
